The book is dedicated to the memory of my ancestor Daniel Philippidis, Scholar of the 18 th century Enlightenment period and is
available at the Municipal Local Museum in Milies.

The text refers to the local history, traditional crafts and women’s tasks, agricultural occupations, traditions and customs. It shows images and photos from a world that is slowly fading away, images that have affected me, that were engraved in my memory, that I wanted to capture and transmit.
